COVID-19

As a client, it is optional to wear a mask. Masks are available in the clinic. Please do not attend you appointment if you are feeling unwell or have recently been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.

Peak to Prairie Physiotherapy is committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable clinic space.

• Staff will wear a mask if requested. 

• All surfaces and equipment that come in contact with clients are sanitized between every visit.

• Visits are scheduled to allow for only one client to be present at a time.

• Low or no-contact payment methods are used.

• Cancellation fees are waived if you are unable to attend due to illness or exposure to illness. As a courtesy, we ask that you contact us as soon as you are able to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 

• Virtual appointments are available - either through video chat or telephone. 

Your co-operation is greatly appreciated. Masks are optional but encouraged for clients. Please continue to follow these guidelines: ​​

• Apply hand sanitizer or wash your hands upon arrival to your appointment and during as needed.

• Reschedule your appointment and self-isolate if any of the following apply to you in the last 14 days: 

  • new onset of cough, sore throat, runny nose, fever, aches​

  • you have been exposed to a person who has had the above symptoms, is waiting on covid test results, or has tested positive for covid

  • you are waiting on covid test results or have tested positive for covid ​

• Virtual visits can be scheduled if you are unable to attend or have any concerns about in-person visits. ​
