What You Need to Know
PHYSIOTHERAPY SERVICES ARE OPEN
As a client, it is optional to wear a mask. Masks are available in the clinic. Please do not attend you appointment if you are feeling unwell or have recently been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
Peak to Prairie Physiotherapy is committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable clinic space.

Staff will wear a mask if requested.

All surfaces and equipment that come in contact with clients are sanitized between every visit.

Visits are scheduled to allow for only one client to be present at a time.

Low or no-contact payment methods are used.

Cancellation fees are waived if you are unable to attend due to illness or exposure to illness. As a courtesy, we ask that you contact us as soon as you are able to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Virtual appointments are available - either through video chat or telephone.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
Your co-operation is greatly appreciated. Masks are optional but encouraged for clients. Please continue to follow these guidelines:

Apply hand sanitizer or wash your hands upon arrival to your appointment and during as needed.

Reschedule your appointment and self-isolate if any of the following apply to you in the last 14 days:

new onset of cough, sore throat, runny nose, fever, aches

you have been exposed to a person who has had the above symptoms, is waiting on covid test results, or has tested positive for covid

you are waiting on covid test results or have tested positive for covid

Virtual visits can be scheduled if you are unable to attend or have any concerns about in-person visits.
